It's no coincidence then that Insurance companies agree, and many are
willing to help you as you make a commitment to fitness. That's why Anytime
Fitness - Minneapolis has now teamed with the all largest insurance providers in
Minnesota to pass those insurance benefits along to you!
Our computer systems track your visits to the gym and, if you meet the minimum requirements specified by your insurance
provider, you'll receive up to a $20 benefit per month for your efforts. All you need to do is register with our staff at
your convenience, and then make it to Anytime Fitness frequently - for
your health!

Visit Anytime Fitness on at least 8 separate days in a given month and
receive a $20 credit! New and existing eligible members can be
added to the Medica program at any time by enrolling with our on-duty staff.

BlueCross/Blue Shield of Minnesota offers a
$20 credit to eligible policyholders for each month they visit Anytime Fitness location on at least 12 separate days. Please
bring your insurance card with you when you visit with our staff person
- we will enroll you immediately. For more information see the

We are very pleased to partner with Health
Partners to offer their Frequent Fitness program! Visit
Anytime Fitness 12 times in a given month and receive a $20 credit applied to
their credit card.

Definity Health offers a $20 credit to
eligible policyholders for each month they visit Anytime
Fitness on at least 12 separate days. Please bring your

* There is a delay of 4-6 weeks in processing a given month's attendance
for purposes of establishing and crediting reimbursement. For example, your attendance in April will likely
produce a benefit around the time you receive your June bill.
* Not all health care plans offer health club reimbursement - check
with your HR representative or your insurer to see if you qualify.
